Confused on middle name, HELP!

<p>My middle name is present on my birth certificate and high school transcript. </p>

<p>BUT I already submitted a supplement to one of the colleges without the middle name and I haven't submitted the Common App itself yet. My SAT doesn't have middle name either. Is it okay if I leave out the middle name on Common App?</p>

<p>Btw, my supplement (the one I sent without middle name) said to enter the name EXACTLY as it appeared on the Common App.</p>
