Confused on RISD portfolio format

<p>Alright, so I have already scanned and uploaded all of my portfolio pieces for RISD. The only problem I am have, is how to properly submit the portfolio pieces. On the RISD website it says "Your portfolio must be reproduced and may be submitted as digital image files on a CD or DVD, as 35mm slides.." I understand the submitting on a CD or DVD, but what I don't understand is the "as 35mm slides" part. How do I convert my digital images to 35mm slides? I'm sure it's fairly simple, I'm just a little confused at the moment.</p>

<p>I think you just submit as CD or DVD images OR as 35mm slides. The slides are the pre-computer way images were submitted. Don’t forget to submit a list that describes each image also.</p>

<p>If you don’t get the same response as mine from some other posters call RISD to double check. But as I understand the submission process a CD of digital images suffices. The slides are another way to submit.</p>
