I’m not sure what you are looking for for size and location, but Earlham would be worth a look. They do offer both merit and need based aid for international students and try to attract a diverse student population. A college like that might also better support your diverse interests and not box you in so much. Most schools seem to not use the writing score anymore and you M/CR are quite good. Maybe not Ivy but quite good by most standards and could factor in to significant merit aid at many schools if you target right.
