Confused! =S

According to what you've heard or experienced, which test in the following sets is the easiest to prepare for and the easiest to get a perfect score in?
American history or world history?
Biology or chemistry?
Math 2 or literature?

Also, should I take a science test (along with a history and literature/math 2) to show that I'm well-rounded, instead of taking American/world history, math 2, and literature (since the SAT Reasoning Test indicates my abilities in math and English anyways)? Would it make any difference?

American History
I don’t know about bio/chem
Math 2

USH, Bio, Math 2. And I would think taking a diversity of tests would have its advantages, but I don’t know how great those advantages are, or if they’re even worth it if you aren’t going to score as well in that science test. If you’re really strong in history and not at all in science, I think it would be best if you took the two histories.

I’m not positive on Bio and Chem, but I’ve heard Chemistry is one of the harder tests, and Bio is easy if you’re strong at memorization.
