8.Washington U (Stl)
10.USC

What are my chances at these schools because I have had so many conflicting suggestions I have no idea what I am doing anymore? If you have suggestions, although a bit late, post them anyways.
Thanks for your time.

usc: slight reach/reach

you should be ok everywhere but Michigan and USC and wash u. Those are all reaches/slight reaches.

thanks for the advice.
where do i stand with penn state and maryland?

1.UIUC - Reach (Out of State)
2.U of Wisconsin-Madison - Reach
3.Penn State - Match
4.Purdue - Match
5.NC-State University - Match
6.U Maryland College Park - Reach
7.U of Michigan - Reach
8.Washington U (Stl) - Big Reach
10.USC - Reach

Penn State does admissions by formula, and while your GPA is fine, I know many who have been rejected with higher SAT scores than yours. However, I think you have a great shot at most of your other places, with the only real reaches being UMich, USC, and WashU. Good luck!

Thanks for the post.
Do you think that my AP and honors courses strengthen my chances anywhere or do colleges not look at that so closely?

bump...bump

I got rejected to Wisconsin's engineering program so it was more a reach after all.

Are you an American Indian or Indian from India? The latter is no a minority for admissions purposes at most colleges.

indian form india

By the way, I dont know if it wil make a difference, but I quit spanish in after junior year.

bump please

any more opinions?
