Confused situation about my future TRANSFER

so, let me introduce little bit of my background, i am an international student who started preparing for SAT 2 months ago(i know i am dumb, started really late) i got 1320 on last test ( only slept 3 hrs T_T), i will be able to most of TOP 100 national unis, i have high average grade in highschool (9.6 out of 10) but i dont really want to go to top 100 uni unless its IVY league or at least top 20 uni. i am planning to transfer in 2018 anyways!

question is what should i do? study in uni and then transfer or COMMUNITY COLLEGE and then transfer?

I am very concerned that your English skills are not ready for a top American university. Your post is barely intelligible.

Most Ivy and elite schools are very hard to transfer into.

For example, Harvard’s data:

Freshman admissions - about 37,000 applicants for 2,000 offers
Transfer admissions - about 1,400 applicants for 13 offers, much lower acceptance percentage
