<p>ok, so at SUNY Buffalo the RD is 3/1/2014 but on the website it said that the recommended application deadline date is 12/1/2013 for scholarship consideration. I'm using the SUNY app and i have most of it done, all i need is recommendations/sat scores and i'm waiting for my first report card so i can put my senior year grades in for SOAR.</p>
<p>can i just submit the application and send my sat scores/ recommendations later, or do i have to have everything in by december first.</p>
