Hey, I'm confused too. xD Are you using the paper copy or the online copy?

i was gonna use online copy..but...since i got the hard paper copy...so i dont know..the way usc do their admission is really strange to me...

I'd say go with the online copy. Less paperwork to do. And you save on postage.

send it online, its easier i thought
then send in ur test scores through collegeboard or ACT
and then ask your school to send your transcript!

Yeah, if you apply online, you only have to turn in two things on paper copy. The Transcript and the Teacher/Counselor recommendation. You can photocopy your scores and send them in, but if you've already sent them through collegeboard, there's no need. The rest can be done on the online application.

so all i need is..
online app+counselor form+official transcript(online form is not required???)+score sent by collegeboard??

Yeah. What online form do you mean? The one you mentioned after the transcript.

there is form that says Transcript Request Form for High School Records...

Yes, when you turn in your transcript, that's the form you send it with.

Even if you photocopy your scores you need to send them through collegeboard/act. Last year I sent in a photocopy of my ACT scores and they asked (they called in mid January) and asked that I send them directly through ACT.
