<p>I recieved a letter from NMH saying decisisons will be avalaible March 9th at midnight..... did they word it wrong, and they are actaully going to be availabe on march 10th at midnight.... anybody know?</p>
<p>12:01 am on March 10th. So one minute after the date changes from 3/09 to 3/10.</p>
<p>Think of it like New Years. Midnight on December 31st is New Years, not midnight on January 1st.</p>

<p>Actually, 2010: Midnight on December 31st is 24 hours prior to the new year. It’s often also referred to as twelve AM. Nevertheless, your point was made – notifications will arrive Thursday.</p>
