Confused

I am currently a New Jersey high school senior. I am of Asian Indian descent. ACT score of 33; 19 out of 323; 4.2 weighted; 3.7 uw; solid ec with leadership positions; 300+ volunteer hours; good essays (atleast i hope!); decent recommendations. I am applying to UVA, UNC-Chapel Hill, USC, Carnegie Mellon, Johns Hopkins, TCNJ , and NYU. I know these are all (except maybe TCNJ) high reach school but do you think i have a realistic shot at any of them. I got into Rutgers SAS honors which in my opinion is great back up. Also, I plan on taking up the pre-medicine track at the college I attend. Would it be wise to attend one of these more academically prestigious school(if I even get in) and rank lower or go to Rutgers and aim for a high rank and the 4.0?
