<p>is there usually a difference in the date which one's application is recieved and the date which one's application is considered "complete"? according to my status page, they recieved everything on 12/13 but they told me my app was complete on 12/23 after i had called. is that normal? thanks for any responses.</p>
<p>The date that matters is the date when your application is complete (once the university has received your application form, your test scores from the board and your transcripts and recs from your school). Anyway, there is no difference between December 13 and December 23.</p>
