If im thinking about majoring in physics should i take the subject test even if i never taken physics till this year(senior year and its only honrs physics cause my school doesnt offer ap) I'm strong in math( taking AP calc this year)

My other option is U.S history, which im good in but havnet taken since sophomore year, so there would be alot of memorizing.

Any insight on what i should do?

i wouldn't advise to take physics unless you've had some background or have around 3-4 months to prepare for the test. Take U.S history; I was in the same situation...I took APUSH back in sophomore year and being the stupid person that I am never took the sat II with it. Anyway senior year I took about 3 weeks to read the amsco book and did fine. If do you well on the math IIC test, that can be ur "proof" that you have the background to do phyiscs.
