on the nyu supplement .. one of the questions is:

Please tell us what led you to select your anticipated academic program and/or NYU school/college, and what interests you most about your intended discipline.

i put my major as undecided ... so how would i be able to answer the last part of the question (intended discipline)??

i am applying to CAS.. b/c my major is undecided ...

so for the intended discipline part .. shud i say whhhy i like NYU? but then wouldn't that be repeating the first part of the question "please tell us what led you to select ...nyu school/college"

do you like science and math or english and history better? if you could at least distinguish from there that should help you at least a bit with your answer..

Ah.. this is always an easy one. Talk about the fact that you want to explore all of the incredible things that NYU has to offer before selecting a major. Maybe explain how you have a few ideas of majors, but you want to be more experienced (with that NYU education :P) before you make such a big commitment.
(For example you could say something like... I have always wanted to be a lawyer, but I also have a passion for History. But I also want to study French, because I am in love with france, and I want to move there someday).

I helped most of my friends with their essays, do dont hesitate to ask me for a few ideas.
