<p>i noticed that in collegeboard.com its specified that sat scores for 50 per cent of first year students(in NYU )got between 1850-2160
while in some forums in NYU's site ( and also in wikipedia) it says that the average is 1300-1400
im quite confused ...can you tell me which are the right middle scores for first year students?</p>

<p>It’s probably the first (higher) one with the writing section, and the latter without the writing section.</p>
