<p>Not every school does interviews. Even those that do generally say that they are not required.<br>
And the order is: application, interview, acceptance (hopefully!)</p>

<p>The only situation in which you would be interviewed after being accepted would be if you were selected as a finalist for a scholarship at a particular school and you had to interview before they made a final selection. But except for those rare cases, the order is: application, interview, acceptance as my2sunz said.</p>
