Confusion about where to send supplements

<p>I'm applying to Tennessee Wesleyan College at the moment (it's a late... extremely late deadline college); the only problems I'm having at the moment are in figuring out:</p>

<p>a. what to send in what envelope (do I send my personal statement with my application?)
b. where to send what (office of admissions or VP of Admissions' P.O. Box?)</p>

<p>(Also, if anyone wants to add anything to this checklist I have for admission to TWC, feel free... don't want to screw this up:</p>

<p>High school transcript
ACT results
Schedule a campus tour and interview
TWC Application
FAFSA
Personal statement
Certificate of immunization
$25 application fee)</p>

<p>Yes, send your essay with your application.</p>

<p>Send everything to the Office of Enrollment address at the top of the application form.</p>

<p>Your list looks fine; do you need to send the Residence Hall application now or after admission? If you want to apply to some of the merit scholarships, don’t forget those forms too.</p>

<p>I was going to ask why you aren’t submitting the application online, as they say you can, but I don’t see a link for the UG application on the website.</p>
