Confusion on sending SAT/ACT/Subject Test scores

Hey guys,
So I am going to be taking the December subject tests on the 5th and the ACT on the 12th.
I have already taken the SAT in January. (yeah I know I procrastinate).
My Questions:

  1. How do I send scores to the CSUs and UCs? (Are there any penalties if I send me scores on the 29th?....because I heard that you have to send scores 1 week before???)
  2. Do I submit all scores?
  3. How do I send scores for the December tests I'm taking?
