confusion over buying textbooks

Hi everyone :) I've just been admitted for dual enrollment (I'm a senior in HS), and am attempting to buy my freshman year textbooks. I got the first with no problem; the remaining one is confusing me. It's entitled Principles of Economics I: Macroeconomics: 2nd Edition. It only seems to be available through FSCJ (which is where I'm dual enrolling).

Could someone please explain what this product is? I was expecting it to be a physical textbook, but this is what it says on the order form (I haven't purchased it yet):

(Digital Edition)
Sachse
FSCJ SIRIUS PUBLICATIONS
Digital ISBN 9781931997287
Access: Web
Format: BryteWave Format

Does this mean it is a digital textbook, or an access card...? It is listed as a required material, and I'm a bit leery of it since I don't know what it is, precisely. Thanks, and sorry if this is a dumb question :) I'm extremely new to all of this.

Make sure you get the ISBN for what you are supposed to purchase before buying. You can just email the professor and ask for the ISBN for the textbook.

for future reference, this would probably fit better/ get more responses in the college life forum. But yes, that is a digital textbook.
