<p>Just an observation - The UCs do not offer any financial aid to internationals, so quite expensive. I think you should target your college search with your SAT and your ability to pay. Have you looked at purdue, rutgers, illinois - urbana/champaign , georgia tech etc. You 11th grade science is low. I would really take the science SAT subject tests. The other thing…you can take a year off and prepare as well if your subject scores don’t work out. You will need to show competence in the subjects since your grades are a bit ‘iffy’. (Engineering at UCs are very competitve)</p>
