Congrats to all of those who have been accepted to Notre Dame! It is quite an honor and I hope that you do end up coming to Notre Dame. If you have any questions that you need answered please feel free to email me or post them and I (and I am sure the other current ND students) will do our best to help. Congrats once again and enjoy it. I still have my acceptance letter framed on my wall :)

Thanks, Irish. Oh man does it feel good to be able to post on this board!!

I was accepted...but I'm not quite sure I want to go...just kidding...it's a no brainer!

I just joined the admitted students message board...
talk about a cool feeling.

Can't wait for next year!

How do I join the admitted students message board?

Go to the Office of Admissions page then click on "Admitted Students" on the left. It asks you for a password to set up your account (this can be found on the second page of that packet that came with your letter), and then you just enter some info about yourself and youre in.

thats pretty cool...so u guys can talk

OK I logged in, but I don't see how to get to the Message Board. I just see formal stuff like orientation and First Year Study.

The message board is one of the options on the left once youre logged in.

Is anyone else unable to login? It won't bring the page up after I enter my information anymore. I emailed Gabe Brown (since that's what the link under the login says to do...) but haven't gotten a response. Is this happening to anyone else?

It does seem that it's inconsistent. Today I was able to login and the message board link was on the left side, but It wasn't there on Wednesday.

the message board is amazing! people gave there s/n's and stuff and i have already talked to like 20 people and gotten to know them its so fun...if u haven't already done it go on the message board and explore, its awesome

Message Board is great. It helps make it seem more real.

the message board is one of the best things about being accepted. the only bad thing for me was that it distracted me way too much second semester last year and i got like no school work done because i just wanted to chat with all of my new friends

oh man, i remember when i sent my application to ND in december and i would go to the admitted students page and just stare at it wishing and praying that Notre Dame wanted me.
and now that ive been accepted my sophomore brother is working super hard now so that he can get in too. it feels good to inspire someone, especially your little brother. GO NOTRE DAME
