ahh thats awesome!!!!

CONGRATS!!

Congrats again! I guess it doesn't hurt to congratulate you a thousand times (or even more) because you totally deserve it!

That is really awesome. So to join the list, congratulations!

WOW... Yale on a full scholarship..? What did you do!?

thanks again! and for mjtyankee, here're a couple things:
-3.97 UW (i was ranked 3/487 when i applied, but our class size probably changed)
-2330 SAT... my SAT IIs weren't great, but i had two above 700, which was all i felt i really needed for yale. had i applied to harvard or another school that requires three, i probably would've retaken one.
-captain of our fencing team/an engineering team/academic decathlon
-principal viola for a local orchestra
-national merit scholar/AP scholar with distinction
-part-time job since freshman year
there're a few other ECs sprinkled around (book club and whatnot)... and i had about 150 hours of volunteering.

i'm sure there are many people on CC with these stats, though. :]

^ did you have any of those outrageously prestigious stuff??

Congrats : ) You definitely have a reason to smile!

Congratulations!!!
Whoever is asking : ) about stats needs to cut it out--do that on a different thread.
Is this binding b/c it's for Questbridge or the same as regular SCEA? Either way, I'd take it--I'd love to be bound to Yale with a full scholarship. :)

it's one of the few QB schools that's nonbinding, so it's the same as SCEA in that respect... but i'm definitely sticking with it.

I am so jealous. Waiting until the 15th is driving me insane. Congrats :)

Congratz! Great username btw :D

I've noticed that the people who get accepted are usually the modest ones

^^ um wow......
really I find its the really stuck up ones who get accepted
