<p>The guidelines seem pretty easy. I could have easily gotten a Gold Medel for my Eagle Project.</p>

<p>No, i dont think its a hook. Theres a bunch of ppl who complain about how it doesn't help you at all and some waste a lot of time doing it. I personally think its a great program because it teaches the youth how to create goals and working hard to reach them. I think this philosophy can be used for many other things and its great to get into that mindset.</p>
