Connect2010 Conference

<p>I received a package a couple of months ago that included a LearnLink installment CD and instructions. It says on there that once we retrieve our user ID and password, we should be able to access the Connect2010 conference. However, I haven't been able to access this at all. Every time I try to, the most I get is my email inbox, junk mail folder, etc.</p>

<p>Has anyone been able to access this? If so, is there anything you may be able to tell me that may help me get to it?</p>

<p>Maybe try reinstalling the software. </p>

<p>WHen I got my package months ago, i installed my CD, brought up the program after signing in (I received my user ID and pw in the accepted package), then when logged in several icons should appear in the window, like Housing, Mail, Connect2010, etc. </p>

<p>I had a problem with my password and I e-mailed my question to the IT staff. They fixed it quickly and my pw problem was solved! <p>try just using the online version. go to learnlink.emory.edu and sign in that way. just a suggestion.</p>

<p>I tried that but it was the same thing. Blaze911's suggestion really did help though since the problem has been resolved. Thank you though.</p>

<p>Can anyone else access their webmail? For some reason, I can send but can't receive mail in my webmail.</p>

<p>all your webmail is autmatically rerouted to youe learnlink inbox. its the same email, no matter where it's sent... emory.edu or learnlink.emory.edu</p>
