<p>Hmm… thats funny musictwins. I don’t think you’re lying, but that’s new info to me! I always thought UArts was pretty soft on grades - especially when looking at their average GPA being about 2.9-3.0.</p>
<p>Another suggestion is CCPA at Roosevelt, where his gpa is in range. The jazz studies program has a nice structure to it and some accomplished faculty. The location in Chicago is beautiful.</p>
<p>I have no idea what was up at U Arts, maybe they are trying to move away from the 3.0 GPA range. Admission person said they had been in that position for over 20 years, so we could not chalk it up to being new! As in all things YMMV! Worth a look! We looked and it was removed from the list. We had several very disappointing tours this summer, U Arts was the last of the bunch.</p>
