Consideration for parent's student loans and child's disability

<p>Which child is this?</p>

<p>A 10th grader will be in college in 3 years. Is the D older? younger? </p>

<p>if your 10th grader is the oldest, then thankfully you have 3 years until you’ll have a child in college. That gives him some time (hopefully) to increase his GPA and get good test scores. It may also give you time to perhaps pay off or pay down your own student loans to make it easier to be able to contribute towards college.</p>

<p>the 10th grader is the one with autistic issues, correct? If so, do you see him being able to go away to college or do you see him commuting from home?</p>

<p>And, once he’s in college, won’t some of those extra monthly costs go away?</p>
