Consistency of PR Guide Practice Tests...

I checked out the PR Guide 2005-2006 Edition for the SAT II Chemistry and took the three practice tests it included after reading all of the material rather casually.

First test: 650
Second test: 780
Third test: 550

When I got a 780 the second time, I thought it was unbelievable (which it probably was) because the test seemed SO easy because all the questions were on very broad topics.

Then the third test was just rediculously hard (for me at least) because the questions seemed to be very, very specific.

From these scores, I have no idea what to expect from my SAT II.

Is it just me or does the PR guide have some serious consistency issues with their practice tests?

It did feel pretty inconsistent- I checked it out from the library and used the first two tests. I thought after the second test that I didn't need to do the third one.

1: 630
2: 770
Actual Test: 740

For me:

1st test: 790
2nd test: 800
3rd test: 730
Real test: 800
