Consolidated List of Vocab from 2006 SATs

We could also copy and paste the consolidated list of CR answers, I’ve heard non QAS tests sometimes repeat, though not completely. CR answers are easy to differentiate etc.

Qas ???

Just wondering. After using direct hits, approx. what percentage of the vocab. words on the SAT did you know?

Oh and thanks for the list!

Wow. great lists. Hats off… but out of curiosity, how do you know these words came ? and is there any way to get hold of tests for which the QAS was released ?

bump, anyone willing to compile all the left over words?..

The ones that are left

I don’t know how well this works out for the actual SAT nor how often these words are reused, but the December 2006 had several familiar words from the 2009 PSAT!

Ones in common:

-Economical
-Synthetic
-Dirge
-Oracular
-Prattle

It is also worth noting that these were correct in (presumably, disregarding the 10% that the OP noted as, perhaps, not being correct) in both cases.

So, out of 13 sentence completions, 5 were shared between the December 2006 SAT and the 2009 PSAT. There is a pretty strong correlation.

Additionally, “squander” – which was also correct – was shared with November 2006, but that’s not particularly indicative of any trend.
