Contemplating.. Advice?

I am a high school sophmore in Brooklyn, New York. I am definately interested in BS/MD programs and I would love to get involved with a research program, as I know it will not only be a great learning experience, but it will help me for college. I would like advice on which to choose. Any personal experiences? Repuations? Familiar with any? Thank you!
