Contemplating whether or not to apply to ivy leagues

Hello. I emigrated to Texas with the rest of my family from Mexico City when I was 13 years old. Throughout my life in America, I have struggled to get into the American way of thinking, especially the competitiveness of my school. I was ranked 161 out of 780 as a freshman and am now 54 out of 720 students. I have about 200 hours of community service, have played varsity tennis the past two years (I even made it to top 8 in the state in the 5A division and was team captain this year). I scored a 1980 on the sat (710 math, 670 writing and 610 reading) but I'm planning on taking it again January. I am also taking three sat subject tests, which I have studied substantially for (physics, math level 2 and Spanish). Both my parents went to college in Mexico, my father for 4 years and my mother for 2. I am currently a senior in high school that has taken 6 AP classes, enrolled in 7 AP right now, took 10 honors classes and have scored 4s and 5s on all AP exams My question is should I even bother applying to any Ivy League schools or am I not qualified enough to even be considered for admission?

Thank you for reading this and sorry for its length. I appreciate your interest in helping me!
