As a result, I'm in the top 20% of my class. Ha.

I guess my extracurriculars balance it out, though.

I took my precautions in case it really was someone..

apps, beside those not-so-great academics. are you an athelete of somesort?
what was your hook to get into Columbia?

i found that hard to believe. sorry to offend you.

let's see...590 in both reading and math on SATs..... 590 (33 percentile) in SAT II Biology...but still somehow made it into Tufts! Just goes to show you that SATs aren't all that matter. :D

Multitess,

I took 4 years off after high school and worked at a record label, then went to community college for a year and transferred from there.

You're right. Grade inflation and being a URM also help.

panic- a little bitter? Ha.

Go play in traffic.

30 ACT< BEAT DAT
1400/2400 PSAT <Beat That
110 TOEFL <Beat that
3.9 GPA<Beat that
D in my Calculus <Beat that
East Asian Male FOB< Beat that too.

Accepted into state school with three times the EFC tuition. no scholarship no nothing< BEAT THAT!

Lastly, I'm in Gamers' Club and an eager YuGiOh player! <<<< MY BLUE EYES WHITE DRAGON IS GOING TO LIKE SPIT HIS 3000 ATTACK POINTS ON YOU, AND YOU ARE GOING TO BE LIKE YUGIOHNATED.

You are terminated, beatinated, sperminated You are over. I dominate. I will crowd myself like Emperor Napoleon. <BEAT THAT

I have all three Egyptian God Cards. muhuhahahaha. (those are better than the blue eyes white dragon right? Because I'm not sure.)

I have ~20 sets of the Egyptian God Cards. Do fake ones count?

GPA: 2.9 (or 3.0; I haven't checked recently)/3.15 weighted
APs: Studio Art
SAT: 1600
ACT: 29 (25s in Math and Science)
ECs: Existent, but mainly independent work. Only work experience was a summer apprenticeship in freshman year.
Others: 3 Ds in high school (all academic classes).

I will like summon the blue eyes ultimate dragon by using a special summon card. I forgot the name. But it is one turn kill.It is like I summon blue eyes ultimate dragon from the exterior deck, and it comes to the play in one turn. and in that turn, you can double blue eye's attack point, which makes it 9000 or something. There are few cards that can stand against this kind of attack. I mean, a magic card will do. But trap card, nuh, I'm immune.
See I'm also a grandmaster in yu gi oh strategy. I used like game theory to calculate like the nash equilibrium for yu gi oh. Hardcore. <<<Beat my EC hahahahahaha

You people are so noob because my stats rules. I will like rape you when I play Warcraft 3. w00t!!!

lol, I don't even know how to play. I don't really like trading card games.

Once you have two at least fairly skilled players, the result will just depend on how good their decks are and luck.

And, since it depends on how good your deck is, you're just going to go buy more cards (more moolah for them) in the hopes of being able to make a better deck.
