Continue my MSW

I am worried that my MSW may not provide the lifestyle pertaining to salary and having my own time (jobs being on-call). I do not want to work at a small nonprofit agency but rather a large state/federal agency with good pay and benefits.

My coursework is pretty easy and not challenging at all. The professors do not take the classes seriously in my opinion.

Should I stick with this program and hope that I will be able to land a decent job when I graduate?

Which program are you attending for your MSW? Many social workers eventually obtain employment in state and federal government. A license isn’t necessary (unless it’s clinical work). It also matters who you know to help you get through the door.
