<p>A = Excellent B = Very good C = Good D = Fair E = Fail</p>
<p>How should I convert my Class 11th grades to GPA.</p>
<p>and in the board exams </p>
<p>A1 = Highest 1/8th of whole country
A2 = Next 1/8th of whole country
B1 = Next 1/8th of whole country ... and so on ... till D2
E = Fail</p>
<p>And my grades in board are A1,A2,B1,B1</p>
<p>How should I convert these grades to GPA.</p>

<p>A usually is 4, B is 3, C is 2, D is 1, F is nothing. Add everything up and get the average.</p>
