<p>What a shame! My son graduated this past June but I just made my donation. Having spent time at the Cooke Cafe I can tell you that Carol and Gene and the other dedicated volunteers are incredible. They give so much to the mids in addition to the wonderful cookies, beverages and a place to get away from it all.</p>
<p>Hope everyone else will support this great program and if you can get over there to help, you’ll be glad you did.</p>
<p>Sept 16th is the first cookie cafe this year. Last year at this time we had 475 midshipmen show up. It’s a great time to eat the wonderful homebaked cookies made by the parents and for the mids to visit with their friends.</p>
