Cooking classes

Im going to be entering Cornell this year as a freshman in the school of engineering. While engineering is something I love to do, I also love to cook and experiment with food. Since Cornell has such a great hotel school and "one school" policy, is it possible for me to take cooking classes in the hotel school even though i am part of the engineering school?

Also, if it is possible, do you have any recommendations on classes and when to take them (like during what school year)?

Thanks to all those who read this and even great thanks to those who respond. :)

Yep - H ADM 2290 is the class to take, and it counted for me as an advisor-approved elective. But its very small and tough to get into until at least your Junior year.
