<p>Cooking facilities vary from building to building, and microwaves are allowed in some of the residence halls. Freshmen will live in one of three areas:</p>
<p>AMRs I & II:
AMR</a> I & II
"The AMRs have common kitchens equipped with stoves, sinks, refrigerators, and microwave ovens in the basements of the buildings. Pots, pans, utensils, and baking equipment can be signed out for short-term use through the Office of Residential Life."</p>
<p>Buildings A & B:

<p>Wolman Hall:

"The suites are equipped with a small kitchenette which has a compact refrigerator, sink, and two stovetop burners."</p>
<p>More of Applicances:
"Cooking is prohibited except in the apartments, Wolman, McCoy, and Charles Commons kitchenettes, and common area kitchens. Cooking appliances, including but not limited to electric frying pans, hot plates, hot pots, toaster ovens, microwave ovens, coffee makers, popcorn poppers, rice cookers, etc. are prohibited in the AMRs and Buildings A & B and will be confiscated. Wolman, McCoy, and Charles Commons residents must keep cooking appliances within the kitchenette. All appliances must be UL approved. Refrigerators and freezers leased or brought from home may not exceed 4 cubic feet or 1.5 amps."</p>
<p>Students can also rent micro-fridges for the year. </p>
