<p>Nice slideshow. Reminds me that people interested in UW should be perusing the UW website on a regular basis for all of the many interesting info bits.</p>

<p>Truly beautiful. I counted ten weeks of snow. Not bad.</p>

<p>I hate to disappoint you, but there has been snow from early December into late March in some years. Not all Christmases are white and there seems to be a law that it snows, however lightly, after the official start of spring. But, consistent snow on the ground for ten weeks sounds about right when you think of January, February and March.</p>

<p>btw, often the flowering trees and shrubs have been gorgeous around the time students move out of the dorms- a good time to visit the arboratum while your student finishes packing.</p>
