i was wondering when would be a cool time to apply to Cornell. When would be too early or too late, in other words what time would it be safe to apply so that you can apply to another school.
N.B I think that I wouldnt have enough time to reapply regular decision to another school and compare the financial aid and so on.<br>

<p>It doesn’t really matter when you apply, you’ll still get your decision in mid-December.</p>
