<p>What do you guys think of this law school? I'm a member of another law discussion forum and we always bash Cooley for their low bar passing rate and their laughable rankings (they rank themselves at about 20). What say you all?</p>

<p>Only someone woefully insecure about their own school, or themselves, would waste precious moments of their life attacking other schools. Good luck with that.</p>
<p>I'm not in law school yet. I think that there is some merit to discussing the law school. And no, it doesn't consume my every thought either :-).</p>

<p>I wouldn't think it would consume your every thought. I'm just not sure why it would consume even one.</p>
<p>Cooley's an ABA-accredited school, most of whose graduates pass the bar. Upon doing so, most will hang out their own shingles (in common with maybe half of all newly-minted lawyers). At that point, their success will probably depend more on drive, energy, initiative and people skills than it will on where they went to school.</p>
