<p>I don't really feel like it is a lot. I know I definetely would fulfill more than enough social science classes because that's the area in where I am most interested and humanities shouldn't be too bad either. Probably the hardest for me will be the lab requirement because I'm not big into lab work. However, there are many classes that are cross-listed in different departments so many times one class will fulfill multiple requirements. Also, I know that my roommate's lab science also fulfilled her quantitative requirement. So although it seems like you will have to take 12 classes for gen eds, it probably won't be that many. I know its defintely not as bad as other places where you are required to take English, Math or a foreign language, but its not as free as places that have virtually no gen eds.</p>
