If you look at the most recent ME curriculum list (http://me.eng.ua.edu/files/2011/09/BSME-Curriculum.pdf), ME 372 Dynamic Systems and ME 349 Engineering Analysis have the C attribute, those are the courses filling the FL/C requirement. The 2014 flow chart shows them as computer core courses.
