does this mean i can only apply for cornell for 2009???

i wanted to go in 2007.

what the f u c k

lol, WAT? You're a sophomore?

i'm a junior overseas.

seriously. is 2006 2007 all full?

so i gotta wait four years before i can go to a college?

You're joking, right?

2009 is the year that next year's class will graduate. I am a high school senior that will be going to Cornell next year. I will graduate in four years, in 2009.

If you're a junior in high school, you'll be applying for Cornell 2010.

so i apply for the year that i will be graduating in???, not for the year that i start in...

oh~~~~~

thank you very much

lol...you're like..."ur joking right"......this thread is hilarious....

don't lie to the poor kid, it's true, most american colleges and universities are booked for the next 4 years. It dates back to a world war II thing because the troops were away they all matriculated their acceptances and ended up in a permanent 4 year delay in the system. good luck though.

hahaha, the idea of being able to get into cornell for next year, riiiiiiiight...if only, i'm just glad I got put in '09. My friend didn't have as high an SAT as me and he got put in class of 2011...

LMAO!!!!! OMG!!!!! LMAO!!!!!! OMG!!!!! this is the most hilarious thread i've ever read... omg that made my day...

shout out to u future cornell-ians?
from a greatly appreciated quaker... :)

wow.. i'm speachless

SO WHAT IS IT???

Are they really booked till 2009 or is 2009 just the year people this year will graduate?

If i plan on going to college in 2007 will I apply for 2011?

Wait, is Cornell a hotel or a university? I'm really confused...

you guys are brutal... 2009 is the year you graduate...where are you from? when we say class of 2### that's the year you graduate..haha.. never thought i'd have to explain that to anyone. this is hilarious. lmfao...and norcalguy cornell is a damn university. was pretty damn obvious to me when i applied..haha.

Hahaha I think norcalguy was just jumping onto the "kid the poor kid" bandwagon LOL. How can someone who attends Cornell not know whether he's been going to a... hm... university or ... (gasp) hotel all this while? :p

Actually, I can see where mickeycat is coming from. In Asia, many schools count their classes by the year of entry instead of year of graduation.

Cornell is a hotel. Don't mislead people

So says the Princetonian. :)

yeah Princeton's a 5 star hotel too :p..

Titanium 88, thanks for the clarification. With all the talk about booking, I thought I was paying $40,000 a year to attend a hotel. But then I realized it is only hotelies who do that :)

Apparently so. -_- In any case, the hotelies always have the option of popping by the real hotel by the name of Statler should things come to a head over at the one called Cornell. The ony catch is that we have to don uniforms and serve there.
