Cornell 2015 Hopefuls

I remember feeling this way. I was accepted ED ILR, and let me tell you nov/first 9 days of dec were hell. Hang in there

Nothin’ today for rolling… I heard it probably won’t be for another week or two. The suspense is killing me.

I’m in a situation where my college education determines my life, its either this way or that way, a do or die decision for me really, March is finally here, I hope its the best month ever since decisions will be released this month, but its gonna be such a long month, argh!

I was deferred ED to CHE…I’ve been waiting forever for a true decision lol

I wish that CAS did rolling admissions. So for CAS, should I expect to get an email or letter first?

CAS will send acceptances via the website on March 30th at 5 pm (regular ivy release date)… 28 days?

i heard CALS isnt doing rolling this year, is there any truth to that?

just found out I was suppose to send parents tax info by 2/15. FAFSA and CSS have exact info. will this hurt my financial aid?

Probably just delay it

Got acceptance letter today from Hotel School!

Friend got accepted to IRL today. I wonder if CALS is rolling this year.

I was accepted to ILR today too!

Good luck everyone!

it has been posted that CALS is not rolling this year. I’m bummed too!

Where did you hear that cals is no longer rolling?

If CALS is not doing rolling decisions that is such a bummer. I was looking forward to hearing back a little earlier. Congrats though to all the people from the hotel school and ILR that got in.
So someone called Cornell and was told that CALS is definitely not doing it?

Mazel tov to those that have gotten in. Can anyone shed some light on how long it took from submission to interview to decision for ILR?

TIA

eyethink,

I just got my acceptance letter yesterday from ILR. I didn’t submit my application until the last week of December, and I had my interview the last week of January.

I was completely shocked when the letter came in the mail, because I had no idea that they could send out decisions before March 30 because they are ivy league…

Thanks for responding cloud. I’m not sure I understand what you mean about, “having no idea that they could send out decisions before March 30?” Do you mind clarifying?

I am a transfer applicant but I hope the timeline of your experiences are analogous to mine.

land grants are rolling admissions i think

I was under the impression that all ivy league schools had agreed not to send out official decisions until the same date (I think March 30), so I didn’t know that ILR was able to send out decisions earlier.
