I recently got accepted into Cornell's school of Art, Architecture and Planning, and, as is the case with every other college, I got the usual rhetoric of "diverse" "unique" "personal" and "satisfying." I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the Urban Planning program without the college admissions sales pitch. I'm currently trying to decide between NYU's Sterns School of Business and AAP. I'd like to hear a down to earth view on what the strengths and weakness are of AAP.

That is a really huge difference…
Well, AAP is about architecture. You’ll probably have a lot of work and sleep in your classrooms. It’s one of the best architecture schools in the nation, if not the best. Stern is a great business school, located in the heart of NYC where you’ll be likely to get many internship opportunities… good enough?

You really need to compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges. Like, compare AEM to stern… there is too much of a difference to talk about here. Follow the field that most interests you.

Yeah I understand that they are completely different :). I’m just looking for more of a holistic view of AAP to help make my decision easier.
