Cornell Acceptance Letter

it means that if u maintain a gpa > a certain limit...cornell will offer u a place in their sophomore class
it means they really like u...but bec there are limited no. of seats, they couldn't have u this year

I looked up my status online and found out that I was rejected. It also said that "In this letter [the one I'm going to get in the mail], you will learn that the college is offering you a guaranteed transfer option." Is this just a normal rejection letter and everyone gets this, or is this for real and I will actually get a guaranteed transfer spot? I'm a little skeptical so I really want to know. If anyone got a rejection letter from Cornell, especially from ILR, can you please help me and say if you got the same thing? If it truly means what I hope it does than I will be so excited...

WOW! So if I get a certain gpa at the college I go to I automatically get into Cornell! THATS AWESOME!!!! YES!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

AHHHHHHHHHH IM SO HAPPY! My mom is using the phone so I can't call people so all I can do is talk to the like 4 people not away on AIM and post here! IM SOOOOO HAPPY! I FEEL LIKE IM IN A DREAM!!!

I am a little nervous tho. It didn't specify when I could transfer...I might have to do 2 years at another college. WOW I really wanna get the letter! And I have to do sports and everything after school too so I have to wait so long!!! hah
