Cornell AEM...how does it compare?

How does AEM stack up against econ majors at other top, non-HYP schools?

So far, I've narrowed down my choices to Dartmouth, Cornell AEM, and USC Marshall. I was offered a Mork Family merit scholarship at USC, which covers full-tuition plus $5000 cost-of-living stipend all four years.

In contrast, I received no financial aid at Cornell or Dartmouth. Attending either school is not a huge financial burden, although money is still a moderate concern...because I don't want to drop $200K on an Ivy diploma that I could have gotten with negligible difference at USC on a full-tuition scholarship.

Personally, I prefer the rural setting of Hanover or Ithaca over the big-city feel of LA. And whereas Dartmouth offers econ (which, I hear, is more theoretical and math-based), I'd study business at either Cornell or USC.

My future aspirations are pretty open-ended right now, although I'm certain that I will pursue something business-related in my career.

So how does AEM compare to Dartmouth and USC? Is it worth spending that extra $200K over USC?

Finally, how difficult is math in econ vs. math in business? I got a 5 on the AP Calc BC exam, but slogging through that class was like pulling teeth for me. On the AEM website, I see that the finance specialization requires Math 1120. Is Math 1120 tolerable for the mathematically challenged?
