Cornell AEM transfer chances?

Hello. I'm an international student applying to Cornell AEM as Fall 2013 admission. I'm wondering if I will have good chance for the admission.

College: Community College in Illinois

GPA: 3.94 (53 credits and will take 18-19 next semester), have two Withdraws because of medical issue. Going to explain in the essay.

Courses: Haven't finished all except Statistics, Micro Macro Econ, English composition, and Public Speaking. I will take Human Biology, Chem/Everyday Life, and Cal 1 to finish the requirements and recommendation. I know all students need to have full year of bio, but admission counselor in Cornell said it will be fine taking another during summer if I gain admission.

Recommendation: CEO from company where I did internship, Business Communication professor, and English Professor.

Extracurricuar and Volunteer
Summer Internship in Sports Marketing and Agency.
2012 sports industry Job Fair: Translator and student advisor
College International student association: student council
Korea llinois Football Assocation: Secretary
Church Recreational Team leader
Korea Online sports marketing and news forum: Sports Column writer (Have been doing this for four years)
Church Korean School teacher (doing this for three years)
College English Conversation Club: Volunteer

Have more, but quality is important than quantity.

Achievement
Secured a sponsership contract for an athletic in my company where I did my internship.

Any advices or chances?

Your ECs are not particularly standout at Cornell, but it is by far the easiest ivy to transfer to. It is probably a high match to low reach at this point.

Keep your grades up, and make sure you write some good essays and have good recs.
