If you had to chose between these three programs, which would it be and why? Are any of the three significantly better than the others?

For bank recruting

Stern

GTown

Cornell

I disagree completely and would rank it as a tie between Cornell AEM and NYU Stern for first place and rate Georgetown MSB #3. Cornell has a pretty strong presence on Wall Street and AEM is its most direct feeder into the profession.

All three are excellent. I would recommend Cornell because unlike NYU, it offers a more balanced campus experience and of the three Business schools on this list, Georgetown is the weakest, albeit by a small margin.

If the OP has a clear favorite in terms of fit, I recommend going there. If the OP has a signifcant financial package and finances are a concern for his family, I recommend going there. Assuming fit and money are not an issue, I would go with Cornell AEM.

NYU Stern undergrad is beastly when it comes to IB recruiting, and extremely under-rated on these forums. That said, the NYU undergraduate experience is not for everyone.

For recruiting:

Personally, I’d choose G’town MSB. It sends a decent amount to all BBs, has a vibrant campus, and is in a very nice area of Washington, DC. Weather’s better than Ithaca and NYC too.

Does NYU Stern have serious grade deflation? How about the other schools?

^^^ I have heard that there is grade deflation at NYU along major competition between peers because essentially you are competing with them for internships/ jobs as everyone is there for one reason… IB
