Cornell Architecture Interview

so i guess the architecture interview this year is actually a paper...? i was just wondering how long your answers are? i know they say 2-3 pages but do they expect them to be single or double spaced? and are you answering each question individually, each of the 5 headings with small essays, or are you writing one large paper?

Thanks! im just really confused about this. its not even an interview...

The interview essay this year was just an alternative for an actual interview. You could still have an interview and not write the essay.

Mine was 2 pages + a bit on the 3rd page single space, so about 1200 words. I initially tried answering all the questions separately, but I found that doing that didn’t really connect my thoughts together. Ended up scrapping the last two questions and wrote a really long essay about my interest in architecture, design background, and thoughts.

care to share the interview questions?

You can probably find a pdf download of the questions on the AAP site. They might change on a yearly basis, though.
