<p>I've noticed that the deadline for Cornell BME program is Fall, Jan. 15 (without aid: May 1).
I was wondering whether this implies that if I apply for Jan. 15 for the MS program, I'll be considered for any sort of funding.
And does grad school distribute out need-based funding?
