Cornell CALS chances

<p>Based on my information below, what would you say are my chances at getting into Cornell? Please give me advice on how to increase my chances of getting in! I am planning on majoring in biology and society in cals. I am also considering applying ED. How much would that increase my chances?</p>

<p>Looks like you have a pretty good chance! Grades and scores are all excellent and within range, legacy gives a good boost too. EC’s don’t immediately strike me as centered around your major, but several of the awards do, and the internship is excellent to have. They do place fairly large amount of importance on “fit”, it seems, more than many other colleges. Of course this is just my opinion based on my visit there and personal research, but you seem to be a competitive applicant.</p>
